Independence is the non-negotiable: we are engaged to protect the asset and the client's position, not a supplier's. Everything we observe is documented, calibrated instrumentation, photographic evidence, and written reports issued promptly, in the formats Tier 1 contractors, classification societies and defence programs expect. When something is wrong, we say so in writing, early, with the standard and clause that makes it wrong and the evidence to support it.
We work to the standards our clients' specifications call up, AMPP/NACE, ISO 8501 and ISO 4628, ISO 12944 exposure classifications, AS/NZS 2312, AS 3894 test methods, ASTM methods and ICRI guidelines, and we apply them the way a site needs them applied: practically, consistently and without drama.
